kn77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the kn77 platform ("we", "us", or "kn77") and any user of the platform ("you" or "player"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on kn77, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To use the kn77 platform, the following general conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• kn77 reserves the right to refuse or close any account at any time without notice.

Keeping your kn77 account secure is entirely your responsibility.

• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the kn77 support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, including any unauthorized use.
• kn77 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Always log out after using a public computer or shared network.

3.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at kn77:

• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account only after successful verification.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• kn77 may request additional verification documents if needed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Depositing ৳8,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. (On the bonus only — not the bonus plus deposit combined.)
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim the same offer more than once will result in account suspension.
• kn77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• In any bonus-related dispute, kn77's decision will be considered final.

kn77's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play and active participation. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change and may be updated by kn77 at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kn77 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud, cheating, or any form of dishonest conduct
• Bonus abuse or attempting to gain extra benefits by creating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated systems to play
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving offensively toward other players
• Creating an account using a false identity or fabricated information
• Attempting to manipulate any game's software or outcome
